Terms of Service

1. The service

ExoticList (“we”) operates an online marketplace where sellers can list vehicles and buyers can contact them. We are not a party to any transaction, we do not own or inspect listed vehicles, and we make no representation about any vehicle or user.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Dealer accounts must represent a legitimate licensed business.

3. Listings

You may only list vehicles you own or are authorized to sell. Listings must be accurate, use photos you have rights to, and comply with applicable law. We may remove any listing or account at our discretion.

4. Transactions

All negotiations, payments, inspections, title transfers and deliveries are solely between buyer and seller. Use escrow and independent inspections for high-value purchases.

5. Prohibited conduct

No fraud, misrepresentation, scraping, spam, harassment or attempts to circumvent the platform's security.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service or any transaction.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
